CarolinaPower Welcomes Paul Yanovskiy as Construction Services Manager of Technology and Innovation
CarolinaPower has hired Paul Yanovskiy as Construction Services Manager of Technology and Innovation – a newly introduced position serving both CarolinaPower and sister company Georgia-based MetroPower. In this role, Yanovskiy is responsible for advancing digital construction strategies, enhancing technology adoption, and driving innovation across Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), prefabrication, and advanced fabrication workflows. A primary focus will be helping facilitate consistent innovation and technology integration across all operations within the PPC Partners family of companies.
Yanovskiy’s career history includes more than 20 years of experience as a construction technology leader. His background spans leadership in BIM, software development, UX/UI design, and prefabrication engineering, providing a unique ability to bridge the gap among field operations, engineering, and digital workflows.

In addition to multiple professional licenses and certifications, Yanovskiy brings military experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he developed technical skills along with a strong commitment to teamwork and mission success.
