We have made accident prevention part of our company culture and daily routine on many levels. From rigorous training for new employees, to a “Stop Task” card that empowers all employees to stop any dangerous event from occurring on the job site, CarolinaPower takes ownership of Safety every day.

Exceeding THE SAFETY STANDARD

CarolinaPower has one of the lowest Experience Modification Rates (EMR) in the markets we serve. We have also received some of the highest safety awards and honors bestowed within the industry – many for multiple years in a row – including the Safety Training and Evaluation Process (S.T.E.P.) Diamond-level awards from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). CarolinaPower has also been recognized with multiple “Awards of Excellence” for Safety Performance.
