CarolinaPower Reaches New Heights with Headquarters Topping Out Celebration

CarolinaPower recently celebrated a major milestone in the construction of our new headquarters with a topping out ceremony. The event brought together project partners and members of the CarolinaPower family to recognize the progress made on a building designed to support our company's future.

A longstanding construction tradition, a topping out ceremony marks the placement of the final structural beam, symbolizing both the progress of the project and the collective effort of everyone helping bring it to life. Before the beam was lifted into place, employees and project team members had the opportunity to sign it, leaving their mark on a building that will serve generations of CarolinaPower team members.

The event celebrated more than steel and concrete—it celebrated the people whose dedication, craftsmanship and collaboration have made this milestone possible. The topping out ceremony served as a moment to pause and recognize that shared accomplishment.

With the structural steel now complete, Brasfield & Gorrie will continue construction will continue at a rapid pace as exterior walls begin to take shape and interior work gets underway. The building is on track for completion later this year, bringing our company one step closer to opening a headquarters designed to support continued growth and innovation.

While the topping out marks the end of one chapter in the construction process, it also signals the beginning of the next. Every milestone brings the project closer to becoming a place where employees will connect, collaborate and continue building the future of CarolinaPower.
