CarolinaPower Breaks Ground on New HQ and Regional Office in Upstate South Carolina

CarolinaPower recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for what will be our new headquarters and Upstate regional office. Leaders from Brasfield & Gorrie (GC), MCA Architecture, Fontaine Construction, and EnviroSouth joined CarolinaPower executives and employees from across the state for the celebration.

"Today's groundbreaking was an incredible milestone in our history, marking the beginning of a new era that we could only envision until now. Having our design and construction partners on hand to share this moment made the day especially meaningful," said CarolinaPower President Chris Moore. "This thoughtfully planned move on the heels of our 25th anniversary strategically positions CarolinaPower for continued growth in the region.”

Located just off I-385 near Fountain Inn, CarolinaPower's new facility is designed with the future in mind – providing nearly five times the space of our current location of 20+ years, while supporting ever-evolving technological needs. Occupancy is anticipated by the end of 2026.
